Joanne Dias

Joanne Dias is a senior faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership, focusing on societal impact and leadership program design for global organizations in the social sector since December 2021. Additionally, as Fellowship Curriculum Director at The Carol Emmott Foundation, Joanne leads initiatives supporting executive women in healthcare. Previously, Joanne held various roles at the Center for Creative Leadership, including Leadership Solutions Partner, where data-driven leadership development strategies were implemented. Experience also includes consulting positions at scitrain, ltd. and atrain GmbH, focusing on program design and client needs analysis in healthcare. Joanne's background features roles in organizational development and marketing, including positions at Leo Burnett Worldwide and Bulldog Solution Inc. Joanne holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from UC Irvine.
