Kelli Herr

Kelli Herr, MBA, currently serves as Team Lead for Global Custom Operations at the Center for Creative Leadership, where responsibilities include leading a diverse team of project managers in the execution of customized leadership development programs across various professional sectors. With prior experience as an Implementation Manager and Event Producer, Kelli has a strong background in managing large-scale client initiatives and producing high-quality virtual and in-person programs. Additional experience includes roles with AmeriCorps VISTA as a Community Outreach Coordinator, and various positions in non-profit management and community engagement during earlier educational work at Penn State University. Kelli holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Community, Environment, and Development from Penn State University.
