Kelly Simmons

Kelly Simmons serves as a Leadership Solutions Partner and Global Portfolio Lead for Experiential Learning and Transformation at the Center for Creative Leadership since September 2008, where collaboration with multinational clients fosters transformative learning experiences for leaders. With previous roles including Global Portfolio Director and Senior Faculty, Kelly has directed a $100M Custom Solutions Business and developed programs that achieve high retention rates for women in technical roles. Additionally, consulting since 2013 at Culture & Leadership, Kelly has facilitated business transformations using proprietary frameworks. Past experience includes leadership development at Qualcomm, ownership of Millennium Edge consultancy, and leadership positions at OPTIMIZA, Barcelona Idea Factory, and Hewlett-Packard, complemented by educational credentials in organizational development, coaching, and mechanical engineering.
