Lyndsay Farrant

Lyndsay Farrant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and learning and development across various industries. Currently, Lyndsay serves as the Senior Director of Global Capability Development at the Center for Creative Leadership since August 2022 and previously held positions such as Director of Associate Talent Management for EMEA and part of the Client Engagement Team. From August 2015 to December 2023, Lyndsay contributed as an Executive Director of Strategic Projects and Director of Career & Life Development at Naropa University. Additionally, consultancy roles included Global Head of Learning and Development at De Beers Diamond Jewellers and a Learning and Development Director at Dorchester Collection. Early in the career, Lyndsay developed skills as a Training Manager at Hayley Conference Centres and in Human Resources at Claridge's. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology from Naropa University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Human Resources Management from West London University.
