Michelle Thomas

Michelle Thomas holds the CHRM certification and has extensive experience in client engagement, training, and development across various organizations. Currently serving as a Client Engagement Manager at the Center for Creative Leadership since July 2021, Thomas also founded Lyra & Co. in January 2020. Previous roles include Learning and Development Manager at Kashf Foundation, Instructional Design Manager at Habib Bank Limited, and roles in training and development at Berlitz in Poland and Pakistan, where responsibilities encompassed designing training programs and conducting needs analysis. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Karachi University and has a robust background in human resources, supply chain management, and instructional design.
