Paul Galante

Paul Galante serves as the Managing Director at ConcertoConsulting since March 2006, specializing in facilitating change management and sustainable business practices in multinational enterprises. Galante also holds the position of Associate Senior Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership, focusing on executive leadership programs that emphasize adaptive leadership, sustainability strategy alignment, and cultural agility. Previous roles at the Center for Creative Leadership include EMEA Leadership Portfolio Director and EMEA Practice Leader for Organizational Leadership. Prior to consulting, Galante worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting as a Director, where significant contributions were made to corporate strategy and change management initiatives. Additionally, prior experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at VAE Strategy & Organization. Galante holds an MBA in Strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management and is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration from École des Ponts Business School. Previously, Galante earned a Post Master's Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a BSc in Chemistry and Biology from the University of London.
