Paul Jones

Paul Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1986, they worked as the Dean of Residential Life and Housing at Colorado College, where they managed student housing, facilities, and campus development until 1999. Paul then joined the Center for Creative Leadership, where they served as a Senior Faculty member, delivering leadership development programs and managing staff. In 2005, they became the Principal of Impact Leadership Development Group, LLC, providing coaching and training services. In 2018, they joined the Center for Creative Leadership again, first as the Director of Client Solutions and later as the Vice President of Client Solution Global Markets Americas. Currently, Paul is the Principal Owner of PL Jones Consulting, offering executive and life coaching services, specializing in leadership and high performance teams.

Paul Jones obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 1981. Paul then pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree from Penn State University, which they completed in 1984.
