Pia Mischung

Pia Mischung is the Founder and Managing Director of Shape Leadership, holding the position since January 2006, where a focus on sustainable personal and professional growth is emphasized through various leadership interventions. Additionally, Pia serves as an Associate Trainer and Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership since December 2005. Previous experience includes roles as a Key Account Manager and Senior Consultant at Right Management Consultants from 2004 to 2005, and a Career Counselor at Creade from January 2001 to October 2003, delivering management consulting and organizational development services for international executives. Earlier positions include International Expatriate Management at DZ BANK AG from January 1995 to June 1999, and European Assignment Manager at McKinsey & Company from 1987 to 1994. Pia holds a degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD, completed in 2010, and has an educational background from the University of Cologne.
