Susan Reinecke

Susan Reinecke is a seasoned professional in leadership development and education, currently serving as Senior Faculty in Societal Impact at the Center for Creative Leadership since January 2016. With extensive experience in various educational contexts, Susan has designed and delivered leadership training across K-12, Higher Education, Population Health, and non-profit sectors. Previous roles include Founder and Facilitator at Trex Facilitation, Research Associate at the Institute for the Future of Learning, and Instructor at several institutions, including The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Guilford Technical Community College. Susan holds multiple degrees, including an Ed M in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard Graduate School of Education and an MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts from Goddard College. A background in theatre education and administration has also been pivotal in Susan's career, enhancing capabilities in facilitation and interactive workshop design.
