Susie Fraga

Susie Fraga is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as an Adjunct Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership since 2020, applying a range of assessments to support leadership development. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of RCS Global Services since January 2017, Susie partners with clients to enhance HR operations in start-ups and small to medium-sized companies. Previously held the position of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Talent Director at Lytx, Inc., where impactful strategies for an inclusive workplace were implemented. Susie's background includes senior management roles in organizational development at Midland Credit Management, training and development at Family Health Centers of San Diego, and various positions focusing on training and development at Sony Electronics, HD Supply, and as a freelance contractor. Susie holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UC San Diego.
