Vandana Vishnu

Vandana Vishnu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, leadership development, and organizational consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Coaching at the Center for Creative Leadership since April 2012, Vandana leads a team of coaches across the APAC region, focusing on women’s leadership and coaching programs. Previous roles include CEO and Executive Coach at People Insight, where engagement with large clients in executive coaching and leadership development was paramount. Vandana has also held positions such as Principal Consultant at Performance Consulting International, Assistant Professor at Goa Institute of Management, and Learning & Development Manager at ICICI Bank Ltd. Educational credentials include a PGPM&IR in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, a BA (Hons) in Economics from Patna Women's College, and a diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy. Research interests encompass social networks, leader behavior, and leader development stages.
