Vanessa Lujan

Vanessa Lujan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive coaching and organizational development. As the Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Organizational Assessment & Development LLC since February 2010, Vanessa has led initiatives in enhancing organizational performance. In addition, Vanessa serves as an Executive Coach, Adjunct Faculty, and Key Accounts Lead Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership since March 2006, and as an Executive Coach and Assessor for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management since September 2008. Vanessa also operates Lujan Consulting LLC, providing executive leadership coaching since March 2006. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver.
