Zahi Abdein

Zahi Abdein is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in leadership development, corporate strategy, and talent management. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at the University of Montevallo and a Member of the Board of Directors at Protech Co., Zahi leverages expertise to guide organizational growth and educational advancement. As a Co-Founder of Metanomics Inc. and Founder of 360° Consulting, Zahi focuses on providing innovative learning solutions and analyzing performance gaps. Additionally, Zahi contributes as a Leadership Solutions Provider and Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership and serves as Associate Faculty for Executive Education at Cranfield School of Management. With a strong background in learning and development from previous roles at Aramco and stc, Zahi is dedicated to enhancing leadership capabilities and driving strategic business outcomes. Zahi holds an MBA in International Marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Montevallo.
