Eli Medina

Eli Medina, MBA, CSP-SM, A-CSM, CSM, is an accomplished Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master at the Center for Digital Health Innovation at UCSF since September 2018, responsible for building and developing high-performing project teams and leading projects from requirements definition to deployment. With extensive experience in healthcare IT consulting as a Project Manager at Symetrix Solutions, Eli has designed performance measures to enhance decision-making processes. Previous roles include Cerner Consultant for Fairfield Medical Center and Inspira, where implementation of Cerner Millennium was completed, and Director of Operations at Jackson Health System, overseeing significant operations with a focus on IT, financial, and operational management. Educational achievements include an MBA from Florida International University, a Project Management Professional certification from the Institute of Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from San Francisco State University.
