Thomas Reed

Thomas Reed has extensive experience in IT support and network management. Currently serving as IT Support Manager at Questar III BOCES, and also holding the title of Network Specialist at the Center for Disability Services. Thomas is proficient in working with various types of networking equipment such as Cisco Network & VOIP Equipment, SonicWall Firewall, and Sophos Anti-Virus. Thomas also provides technical support for users on a range of technologies including Ricoh Multi-Functional Printers and Terminal Servers. Thomas has previously worked at Time Warner Cable as a Technical Support Rep, providing over the phone support for Cable TV, Internet, and Phone services. Their education background includes attending New Horizons from 2006-2009.
