Tiana Austel

Tiana Austel is a seasoned professional in corporate social responsibility and employee engagement, currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Engagement at eBay since July 2023. Concurrently, Tiana holds the position of Philanthropy Chair on the Board of I Love A Clean San Diego, promoting environmental initiatives in the region, and serves on the Finance Committee for the Center for Disaster Philanthropy. Previously, Tiana worked at Illumina for six years, progressing through various roles including Sr. Specialist in Corporate Social Responsibility, where contributions included leading employee volunteering efforts and developing genomic literacy resources. Tiana's earlier experience includes an internship with The Wonderful Company, managing grant programs and volunteer events, and a fellowship at the UCLA Volunteer Center focused on civic engagement and marketing.
