Dina Johnson, MS MFT, currently serves as a Mental Health Provider at St. Joseph's Neighborhood Center, where therapy, community outreach, and psychiatry collaboration are key responsibilities. In addition, Dina acts as a consultant for the University of Rochester School of Nursing and manages family cases as an Alternate Dispute Resolution Provider at the Center for Dispute Settlement. As President and CEO of the Monroe County Family Coalition, Inc., Dina leads efforts to strengthen community ties. Previous roles include OB/GYN Social Worker at Anthony L. Jordan Health Corporation, Executive Director at Refugees Helping Refugees, and Director of Care and Support at the Alzheimer's Association. Dina's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, along with multiple certifications and degrees in Gerontology, Non-Profit Management, and biomedical sciences.

Mediation can bring our families and communities closer together. Our CONFIDENTIAL and AFFORDABLE mediation sessions will help bring those at odds together in a safe, comfortable and neutral setting. The Center was created on the premise that community mediation centers are and should be different from traditional providers of alternative dispute resolution services. In recognition of this difference, the agency’s primary focus is on interpersonal, minor criminal, civil disputes and quality of life issues that impact families and communities.
