Joel Otero Jr is an experienced social media coordinator with a strong background in communications and customer service. Currently serving at The Center for Educational Innovation since July 2019, Joel manages social media channels and creates engaging content to enhance audience interaction. Prior experience includes retail sales at Aramark, where customer service excellence was prioritized, and leadership roles at SFC Radio, including President and Vice President, overseeing station operations and member training. Additionally, Joel worked as an administrator assistant at Brooklyn Defender Services, facilitating communication and logistics within the organization. Joel holds a degree in Communications Arts from St. Francis College.
