Christopher Pearson

Christopher Pearson currently serves as the Director of Advancement and Major Gifts for the Center for Employment Opportunities, a position held since February 2024. In this role, Christopher leads efforts in major donor cultivation and solicitation, oversees team management across departmental fundraising initiatives, and manages donor relationships and stewardship. Prior to this, Christopher held key positions as Director of Development at Hands On Atlanta and Director of Advancement at Gideon's Promise, as well as Development Director roles at Side by Side Brain Injury Clubhouse and Action Ministries, Inc. Christopher holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from Benedict College and a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Murray State University.
