Emily Ray

Emily Ray has over a decade of experience in educational and program management roles, currently serving as the Regional Program Director at the Center for Employment Opportunities since April 2018, following positions as Senior Site Director, Program Manager, and Young Adult Career Navigator. Prior to this, Emily held the role of GEAR UP Site Facilitator at Oklahoma City Public Schools from August 2009 to April 2018, focusing on enhancing graduation rates and post-secondary access for low-income high school students. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Oklahoma State University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the same institution (2005-2009).
