Jarmani Dozier

Jarmani Dozier possesses extensive leadership experience in various roles, currently serving as Director at the Center for Employment Opportunities since June 2021. Prior to this, Jarmani held the position of Director of Residential Programs and Services at The Arc of Monroe from January 2020 to June 2021, and served as Residence Manager in the same organization from May 2018 to November 2019. Previous experience includes the role of Residence Manager at Arc of Genesee Orleans and managerial positions at Sky Zone Trampoline Park. Jarmani also worked as a Community Habilitation Worker at the Urban League of Rochester and held multiple roles at The Salvation Army, including Director and Youth Counselor. Jarmani's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies from Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Fredonia, and executive education from Columbia Business School.
