Jessica Centeno has extensive experience in workforce development and vocational services, currently serving as Deputy Executive Director at the Center for Employment Opportunities since March 2008. Jessica has a background as Director of Workforce Development, Team Director, and Senior Job Developer at JAMS, as well as Regional Training and Development Manager at the American Arbitration Association. Jessica began their career as a Case Manager and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University at Albany and a Master of Science in School Counseling from Hunter College. Additional leadership training includes programs at the American Express Leadership Academy and Columbia Business School's Developing Leaders Program.
