Marcus Mills

Marcus Mills, Ed.D., serves as the Director II of Program Services at the Center for Employment Opportunities, where responsibilities include project management, change management, and team management across various programs. With a robust background in leadership roles, Marcus has successfully managed multiple complex projects, supported team development, and facilitated major organizational improvements. In addition to extensive experience in employment services and talent acquisition, Marcus has also contributed to the Northern California Band Association as Vice President of Winter Activities, overseeing competitive events and introducing international adjudication standards. Academically, Marcus holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership from the American College of Education and has a proven track record in educational settings, focusing on differentiated instruction and support for at-risk students.
