Pamela Lachman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development and criminal justice policy. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Investment and Power Building at the Center for Employment Opportunities since August 2018, Pamela develops strategies to establish state partnerships and secure funding to scale services nationally. Prior roles include Deputy Director for Juvenile Policy at Community Resources for Justice, where management of staff focused on juvenile justice technical assistance, and various positions at The Pew Charitable Trusts and The Urban Institute, emphasizing data analysis and policy development. Pamela holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University.
