Wanda Edwards, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with over 20 years in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Benefits & Well-Being at the Center for Employment Opportunities since May 2019, Wanda has previously held positions including Senior Manager of Global Compensation & Benefits at the Center for Reproductive Rights and Human Resources Generalist at the National Domestic Workers Alliance. Wanda's expertise spans benefits management, recruiting, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Notable achievements include developing HR functions from the ground up at OK! Magazine and launching an In-House-Temp program at Sesame Workshop. Wanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
