Doug Will

Doug Will is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Center for Energy and Environment since December 2022, Doug also operates as the Principal Owner of TEAM Accounting and Tax LLC, a position held since July 2006. Previously, Doug held significant roles such as Practice Director of Finance & Accounting at Flex-Able Solutions, Nonprofit Practice Director at slashBlue, and Chief Financial Officer at Washburn Center for Children, among others. Doug’s expertise encompasses financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning, supported by a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oral Roberts University.
