Michelle Frost is currently serving as a Community Energy Analyst at the Center for Energy and Environment since April 2023. Previously, Michelle held multiple roles at Edmentum from October 2013 to November 2022, including Research Scientist and Senior Statistical Analyst, where responsibilities included conducting research studies, transforming departmental processes, creating data pipelines, analyzing student efficacy data, and developing assessment products. Additionally, Michelle was a Fellow in the Climate Change | Learning for Action Program at Terra.do for a brief period in 2022 and worked as a Quantitative Analyst for Special Education at the Minnesota Department of Education from February 2010 to October 2013, focusing on student discipline data analysis. Michelle holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Sociology from Princeton University and a Master of Science (MS) in Sociology from Brigham Young University.
