Maria Golubeva

Distinguished Non-resident Fellow at Center for European Policy Analysis

Maria Golubeva is currently serving as the Chief of Party at Zinc Network, leading the USAID Information Integrity Program in Georgia. In addition to their current role, Maria also holds positions as Head of the Board at the Baltic Initiative on European Reform and as a Distinguished Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis. With a background in public policy consultancy and government roles in Latvia, Maria has extensive experience in European affairs, national security, and policy development. Maria has a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
