Jean Polster

Jean Polster has a vast and diverse work experience. Jean currently holds the position of Chief of Healthcare Operations at The Centers since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant and Leadership Coach at Jean Polster Coaching and Consulting starting from August 2022. Jean served as a Board Member/Executive Committee at OCHIN since January 2010. From February 2003 to July 2022, they held the role of President and CEO at Neighborhood Family Practice. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member/Executive Committee at Ohio Association of Community Health Centers since 2003. Furthermore, they have held board member positions at Better Health Partnership from 2010 to 2019 and Hispanic Alliance from 2010 to 2019.

Jean Polster obtained a Certified Coach degree from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in 2023. They also have a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, they have received certifications from the Hudson Institute of Coaching's Coach Certification Program and are a member of the International Coaching Federation.
