Jocelyn Kaye Gilleylen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jocelyn Kaye began their career in 1990 as an Assistant Director of Early Childhood Services at the Lexington-Bell Community Center, where they worked until 1999. During this time, they gained administrative experience in early learning.

In 1999, Jocelyn joined The Centers for Families and Children as an Administrative Assistant in Early Learning. Jocelyn Kaye held this position until 2013, when they were promoted to Assistant Director of Education Program Operations. In this role, they contributed to the management and operation of education programs.

Most recently, Jocelyn was promoted to Director of Education Program Operations in October 2021. Jocelyn Kaye currently oversees the educational program operations at The Centers for Families and Children.

Additionally, Jocelyn had a part-time role as a Sales Associate at Lane Bryant from 2005 to 2008.

Jocelyn Kaye Gilleylen received a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education Administration from Ashford University during the years 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Cleveland State University in the years 1985 to 1986, and before that, they completed their high school education at Shaker Heights High School from 1983 to 1985.
