Director Of Specialized Behavioral Health Services at The Centers

Nathan Rhea, LISW-S, has extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health and counseling. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Treatment Specialist at Applewood Centers Cleveland until 2006. From there, they joined The Centers for Families and Children, where they held several roles, including CPST II Mentor and Clinical Supervisor. In 2018, they became the Site Manager of East Health and Wellness and later served as the Integrated Health Center Director. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Behavioral Case Management Services before being promoted to Director of Specialized Behavioral Health Services in November 2021. Throughout their career, Nathan has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving client outcomes and supporting their team.

Nathan Rhea, LISW-S, holds a Master of Science in Social Administration (MSSA) degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Case Western Reserve University, which was earned from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Ohio University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003. In addition, Nathan Rhea obtained the LISW-S certification from The Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board of Ohio in March 2020.
