Sylvia Stevenson, BA, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at The Centers for Families and Children since August 2020. Previously, Sylvia held positions including Senior Benefits Associate at Lincoln Electric International Holdings Inc., HR Generalist at Cuyahoga County, and HR Manager at Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio, where Sylvia developed a strong foundation in employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS systems. Sylvia began their HR career as an HR Coordinator at GrafTech International, gaining expertise in new hire orientations, training, and personnel management. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Malone University and an Associate of Science in Secretarial Science from Chancellor University.
