Charlotte Baughman is an experienced social work professional with a career focused on clinical social work practice with children and families. Baughman has served as a Social Work Supervisor and held various roles at the Center for Family Representation since November 2017. Prior experience includes positions as Lead Therapist and MST-CAN Therapist at The New York Foundling from January 2016 to November 2017, and a Social Worker at New Alternatives For Children from August 2014 to January 2016. Baughman began the career as a Clinical Social Work Intern at the Greenwich House Children's Safety Project and has completed internships at The Institute for Community Living and Open Door Family Medical Centers as part of the AmeriCorps/ Community HealthCorps program. Baughman holds a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Occidental College, along with an Associates Art Degree from Bard High School Early College.
