Clinton Connor began their work experience as a Youth Counselor at Henry Street Settlement in 2006. Clinton conducted outreach, provided counseling and advocacy, and supervised shelter staff. In 2008, they became the Director at the Knowledge Universe/Community College of Philadelphia Child Development Center, where they managed all aspects of the facility and collaborated with the college administration. In 2013, they became the Director of Youth Services at the Drueding Center, leading early learning and Head Start programs for homeless families. Clinton was also responsible for afterschool and out of school time programming. In 2016, Clinton became the Associate Vice President of Head Start/Early Head Start at The Center for Family Services. No end dates were provided for their most recent role.
Clinton Connor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Monmouth University in 2005. Clinton later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Childhood Studies at Rutgers University - Camden, completing it in 2012.
