Currently serving as the Executive Director and President of Mo' Motion, Inc. since 2009, Maureen also leads community habilitation efforts for intellectually disabled youth while founding Mo' Motion Ventures. As a freelance writer, Maureen has contributed to prominent publications, earning accolades like the Randolph Hearst Award for Journalism. Additionally, Maureen is the Commissioner and Director of the Gotham Basketball Association, promoting inclusivity in youth sports. With a solid educational foundation in journalism and creative writing from Northwestern University and The City College of New York, Maureen has also taught and coached at various educational institutions.
