Direct Support and Community Services

The Direct Support and Community Services team at the Center for Family Support Inc. provides comprehensive care and assistance to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The team includes Direct Support Professionals, Rehabilitation Specialists, and Community Habilitation workers who support clients through personalized care plans, community engagement, skill development, and in-home facilitation to enhance their quality of life and independence.
