Mark Norman serves as the Head of Content at the Center for Financial Professionals (CeFPro) since March 2024, focusing on non-financial risk content in corporate finance. As the Founder and Director of Little Joe Media Ltd since May 2012, Mark leads a multi-channel content agency that provides media, marketing, and PR services. Mark has provided consultancy and training for the Thomson Foundation in West Africa since January 2007, advising on content strategy for Nigerian broadcasters, and coaching programming teams. Previously, Mark led internal communications for Airbus Defence and Space (UK) and Connected Intelligence (Europe) from August 2022 to February 2024, and served as Internal Communications Consultant for G4S from August 2019 to August 2022. Mark's earlier roles include Group Head of Commercial Content at Age UK, and various positions at the BBC, culminating in Head of Local Radio Development. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Bradford, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
