Mary Beth Sworin

Mary Beth Sworin has extensive experience in the banking and education sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Education, Training and Development at Savings Institute Bank & Trust Company since October 1990. In this role, Mary Beth manages the design, creation, delivery, and facilitation of comprehensive training programs that align with the bank's business and strategic initiatives. Additionally, Mary Beth has been an Online and Classroom Instructor at the Center for Financial Training Atlantic and Central States since 1987. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Planning, Programming and Management from Penn State University and a Professional Degree in Banking and Finance from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management, achieved between 1989 and 1991.
