Christopher Menschner

Christopher Menschner has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Director of Complex Care Programs at the Center for Health Care Strategies, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Commissioner of the Division of HIV, STD, and TB Services at the NJ Department of Health from 2018 to 2022. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Program Officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies, Inc.

Before their tenure at the Center for Health Care Strategies, Christopher held positions at the NJ Department of Human Services, Division of Family Development. Christopher worked there as a Senior Policy Analyst from 2014 to 2014 and as a Public Policy Analyst from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Professor of Social Work at Monmouth University from 2013 to 2014.

Furthermore, Christopher has experience in the non-profit sector. Christopher worked at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a Manager of Resource Development from 2009 to 2011 and as a Patient Services Manager from 2007 to 2009. Christopher also has experience in government administration, having worked as an Aide to the Mayor's Special Assistant for Anti-Gang Initiatives/Youthstat Data Analyst at the City of Trenton from 2006 to 2007.

Earlier in their career, Christopher worked at the West Africa AIDS Foundation as an International Social Work Fellow in 2006. Christopher also served as an Integrated Case Manager at Greater Trenton Behavioral Healthcare from 2004 to 2005 and as a Group Therapist at AAMH - All Access Mental Health from 2002 to 2003.

Christopher Menschner attended Notre Dame High School from 1993 to 1997, where they received a diploma. Christopher then went on to Rutgers University and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2001. Afterwards, they pursued further education at Monmouth University, obtaining a Master of Social Work degree in 2006. Later, in 2010, they completed their studies at Monmouth University with a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy.
