Michael Canonico has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Michael started their career in 2003 as a Community Outreach Worker at Zufall Health Center and later worked as a Communications Officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies from 2006 to 2010. Michael then joined UnitedHealth Group as a Product Communications Manager, where they supported the development of sales and client communications for digital population health solutions. In 2014, they became the Director of Product Marketing at Aetna, leading the development of marketing materials for their population health solutions. Currently, Michael serves as the Associate Director of Digital Content and Strategy at the Center for Health Care Strategies, where they direct publication production, creative design, website development, and social media strategy. Michael also leads program communications for various CHCS initiatives.
Michael Canonico attended Ramapo College of New Jersey from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences.
