Tricia McGinnis has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Tricia is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Program Officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies, where they lead the organization's programmatic work in payment and delivery system reform and integrated care for complex populations. Prior to this role, Tricia held several positions at the Center for Health Care Strategies, including Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Program, Director, and Senior Program Officer. Tricia has also worked at Blue Shield of California as a Senior Program Manager in the Network Management Division, where they led initiatives to improve quality of care. Additionally, Tricia has experience as a Consultant at the Institute of Business and Economic Research, evaluating the impact of healthcare programs, and as an Associate Editor at Forbes Magazine, where they wrote and edited investment strategy articles. Tricia has also worked at American Express as an Assistant Manager and at Dewey Ballantine LLP as a Data Analyst. Tricia began their career as a Research Assistant at the World Resources Institute, evaluating the impact of free trade agreements on industrial pollution.
Tricia McGinnis obtained their Bachelor of Art degree in Economics and Political Science from Kenyon College between 1991 and 1995. Following that, they pursued a Masters degree in Public Policy and Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley from 2003 to 2006.
