Carolyn Ginsburg Stern MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Carolyn started their career at the Center for Hearing and Communication in 1994 as a Development Associate and worked there until 1997. Carolyn then pursued brand management positions at Nabisco Holdings, Inc., Nabisco Biscuit Company, and Kraft from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they joined Philip Morris USA as a Director from 2002 to 2004. Carolyn continued their career at American Express as a Director from 2004 to 2011. Carolyn returned to the Center for Hearing and Communication in 2012 as a Consultant, specializing in the Center for Hearing and Aging. In 2018, they became the Manager of the Center for Hearing and Aging before transitioning to their current role as the Assistant Director of Outreach and Strategic Initiatives in 2020. Carolyn was promoted to the Director of Outreach and Strategic Initiatives in July 2022.
