The Center for Hearing & Speech is a St. Louis-based non-profit dedicated to helping anyone living with communication disorders, regardless of cost.

Our charitable programs provide hearing aids and speech-language therapy to children and adults as well as hearing and vision screening in area schools.

We exist to serve those with the highest level of need and the lowest ability to pay.

While our mission is to ensure low-income individuals receive these essential services, we offer the same high-quality care to every client of any income level. 

Mission Statement:
The Center for Hearing & Speech improves the quality of life for individuals with hearing and speech disorders by providing caring and high quality services, regardless of one’s ability to pay, and continually striving to address a greater portion of the unmet need relating to speech and audiology in the St. Louis region.

The Clinical Services Team at the Center for Hearing & Speech is dedicated to delivering comprehensive audiology and speech-language therapy services to individuals of all ages. This team, comprised of audiologists and community service technicians, conducts assessments, provides personalized treatments, and ensures access to essential hearing aids and therapy programs. Their focus is on addressing communication disorders in the St. Louis community, particularly for those with limited financial resources, while maintaining the highest standards of care for all clients.
