Felicity Hardee

Felicity officially joined CHD in 2020, though she previously represented the organization for nearly 20 years on real estate transactions brought forth by the agency’s continuous growth. Felicity has nearly 40 years of law experience in litigation, real estate and environmental law, including more than 32 years at Bulkley Richardson and 6 1/2 years as the owner of her own practice, where one of her major focuses was on development of affordable housing for low and moderate income residents. As CCO, Felicity oversees CHD’s compliance with the many different obligations required of the organization within its broad range of services. She received her juris doctorate from Emory University School of Law.
