Heather Messer

Heather Messer, LICSW, is an experienced social work professional currently serving as a Co-Response Clinician at the Center for Human Development since January 2023 and as a Behavioral Health Specialist II at Holyoke Medical Center since July 2018. Heather has a robust background in clinical assessment, resource education, and has held various roles including Home Study Social Worker at Full Circle Adoptions and Clinical Care Manager at The Key Program, Inc. Prior experience encompasses positions at Clinical & Support Options, Inc., Berkshire County Arc, The Brien Center for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Inc., and High Point & Affiliated Organizations. Heather holds a Master of Social Work from Westfield State University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bridgewater State University, along with an Associate of Science in Human Services from Berkshire Community College. Additionally, Heather has leveraged social work skills in a supportive role at Abandoned Building Brewery.
