Cordelia Blake

Cordelia Blake is an experienced operations professional with a solid background in medical coordination and patient services. Since September 2018, Cordelia has served as Operations Coordinator at the Center for Human Services, where prior roles included Medical Insurance and Initial Client Screening. Previous experience includes working as a Medical Intake Coordinator at Ramey Nutrition and a Patient Coordinator at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, where patient interaction and administrative duties were key responsibilities. Cordelia began the career as a Medical Receptionist at The Portland Clinic South. Academic qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Portland Community College, as well as a high school diploma from Eisenhower High School.
