Behtash Bahador, MS has had a varied and impressive career. Behtash began their professional journey in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant and Computer-Aided Design Drafter at Byers Engineering. In 2013, they held an Intern position at the Executive Office of Health and Human Services, while also working as an Alumni - Geographic Rep. North America at Barilla. Behtash then joined the Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation (CISCRP) as a Senior Project Manager in 2015. At CISCRP, they have held several roles, including Director of Health Literacy, Associate Director of Health Literacy, Senior Manager of Quality and Compliance, Program Manager, Project Manager, Outreach Coordinator, and Intern. In their role as Associate Director of Health Literacy, they managed a team of editorial, graphic design, project management, and community insights staff, oversaw and led the application of health communication standards to client and CISCRP communications, and guided the implementation of Patient Engagement practices across the lifecycle of medical product development, including educational content development. As Associate Director of Relationship Management and Development, they developed and maintained new and existing strategic relationships, including clients, alliances, and contractors, and led and standardized development processes. Behtash also maintained conference presence and prepared and delivered presentations on topics relevant to CISCRP programs.

Behtash Bahador, MS obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) in Health Communication from Tufts University School of Medicine between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication, General from Bridgewater State University between 2011 and 2013. Behtash also obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from Massachusetts Bay Community College between 2009 and 2010. Before that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2006 and 2007.
