Jesper Algren

Jesper Algren is the Head of the Center for Innovation in Aarhus since January 2022, driving innovation and development within the city. Prior experience includes serving as Special Advisor for ICT at Invest in Denmark from January 2017 to December 2021, and co-founding Open Data DK, where data from public institutions is assembled for innovative applications. Jesper has also held project management roles in various organizations including DABAI, Central Denmark Region, and Aarhus University, contributing to ICT initiatives, big data analytics, and business development. Jesper's educational background includes advanced programs at Harvard Business School and various degrees from Aarhus University, focusing on information studies, management, and leadership.
