Jennifer Myers Shrm-Cp

Jennifer Myers has over 18 years of work experience, with a focus on human resources and learning and development. Jennifer began their career at Adirondack Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, where they served as an Administrative Team Leader and later became the Human Resources Manager and Site Leader. In 2013, they joined the Center for Internet Security as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, and subsequently worked their way up to Director of Human Resources and then Director of Learning and Development. Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Sr. Director of Learning and Development at the Center for Internet Security.

Jennifer Myers, SHRM-CP, CSM has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from SUNY Empire State College. Jennifer obtained this degree at an unknown time. Jennifer also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.

In addition to their education, Jennifer has obtained several certifications. Jennifer is a Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile (obtained in October 2019), a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth (obtained in May 2019), a Kanban Management Professional from Kanban University (obtained in March 2019), and a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance (obtained in December 2018). Jennifer also holds the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management UPRM, which they obtained in December 2016, as well as the GIAC Information Security Fundamentals certification from the SANS Institute, obtained in December 2014.
