Meg Fryling

Meg Fryling is an accomplished professional in the field of computer science and information systems with extensive experience in both academia and industry. Currently serving as Engineering Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at the Center for Internet Security since September 2022, Meg also holds an instructor position at the University at Albany, SUNY, starting January 2024, and has been an Associate Professor and Computer Science Department Chair at Siena College since September 2003. Previous roles include instructor positions at the Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the University at Albany, where Meg also served as Associate Director and Assistant Director for CSS/ITS and UAD/ITS respectively. Meg's educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Information Science, an MBA with a concentration in MIS, and a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity, along with a BS in Computer Science from Siena College. Furthermore, Meg was a Fellow at the Frye Leadership Institute, focusing on leadership development in higher education.
